A SUSPENDED head teacher has appeared before a Crown Court after being charged with child sex offences.
The Chronicle reported in September how Neil Frederick Foden, aged 66 and of Gwynant in Old Colwyn, had been charged with the following offences:
- The adult abuse of a position of trust.
- Sexual activity with a child.
- Sexual assault on a child.
- Engaging in sexual communications with a child.
Foden appeared before Mold Crown Court via video link from HMP Berwyn on Monday morning and spoke to confirm his identity.
He will next appear before the court on January 5.
