A MAN with links across North Wales is wanted on recall to prison for breach of his licence conditions.
David Jason Phillips, 49, from Bangor, breached his licence conditions following his release for assault.
He is 6ft1ins tall, of medium build, and has receding grey hair with brown eyes.
Phillips has links with the Wrexham, Rhyl, Llandudno and Conwy areas.
