RESURFACING work that is set to start on Rhos-on-Sea promenade has been pushed back due to contractor delays.
Work on the surface, part of an extensive sea defence and promenade rejuvenation project, was due to start on November 7.
The council pushed this back yesterday due to the contractor being delayed on another job.
Work will now commence tomorrow (November 9).

This final phase of the project will see the The West Promenade/Cayley Promenade junction (the Colwyn Bay end) close on Wednesday, 15 November.
Rhos Promenade will be closed from opposite Harlequin Theatre to Combermere Gardens on November 16 and 17.
Bus stops will be temporarily relocated while the work is ongoing.
The council added that the delay to the start will not affect the previous road closure dates.
A Conwy County Borough Council spokesperson said: "Due to our road surfacing contractor being delayed on a previous job by the bad weather, we expect the resurfacing work at Rhos on Sea promenade to start on Thursday, 9 November.
"This will not affect the road closure dates."
