NEW food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three businesses in Colwyn Bay, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
The food hygiene rating scheme gives businesses in England and Wales a rating of 0-5, 5 being the highest, based on their hygiene standards.
The scheme is run in partnership with local authorities and in Wales businesses are obligated to display their rating.
The following businesses were given new ratings:
- Rated 5: Sheldons Cafe Bar, at 8 Penrhyn Road, assessed on September 19
- Rated 5: Johnny Dough's Junior, at 18 Conway Road, assessed on October 16
- Rated 4: Cheeky Bay Pizza, at 144 Conway Road, assessed on October 5
