Ben Rogers Jones, of Rogers Jones & Co, said: ‘’Rogers Jones & Co is proud to have supported Tenovus Cancer Care as our 2023 nominated charity.

“It was 12 months ago, to the very day, that we lost our father, David Rogers Jones, the joint founder of the family business to cancer; so, it feels right to present a cheque to Tenovus to mark the date.

“We would like to say an enormous thanks to those customers this year who have helped us raise such a substantial sum.

“Tenovus Cancer Care is a fabulous charity who do so much across the whole of Wales, and as we are aware that the money raised will be of direct benefit to those affected by cancer across the nation and as a tribute to David Rogers Jones, we would like to extend our partnership with Tenovus Cancer Care for another 12 months.

“With continued support from our wonderful customers, I hope that we can equal or improve on this year’s total in 2024!’’

Tenovus Cancer Care is a Wales-based charity giving help, hope, and a voice to everyone affected by cancer.

Its wide range of services offers information, advice, and specialist support to people living with cancer, and their loved ones.

Tenovus Cancer Care head of fundraising, Sion Edwards, said: “We are incredibly grateful to Rogers Jones & Co for the funds raised, and for all their work to support us over the last year.

“£3,600 is a huge amount to raise and is testament to their fantastic relationships with customers from across the nation and beyond.

“This money is equivalent to covering the cost of our support line for almost two weeks, which is available to give information and advice to people affected by cancer.

“Thank you to everyone who generously donated and we look forward to our continued partnership over the next year.”
