RHOS-ON-SEA Promenade has reopened to traffic travelling to Colwyn Bay.
After extensive work on the Rhos-on-Sea seafront, and several delays, the road and promenade has been cleared by contractors.
It has now reopened to pedestrians, cyclists and cars travelling south towards Colwyn Bay.

Construction of new kiosks and shelters would continue for several months, the council said.
A Conwy County Borough Council spokesperson said: "Rhos on Sea Promenade is now open to traffic travelling south towards Colwyn Bay, with parking available.
"This isn't quite the end of the promenade improvements - work will continue over the spring, including finalising play areas, and adding shelters, artwork and kiosks."
