The business’ current lease expires in December 2027, but the landlord has expressed that they would be prepared to grant a new lease to the right tenant.

Tenancy is subject to meeting the landlord’s referencing criteria and legal costs with the current rent at £8,500 plus VAT per annum.

The estate agent described the listing as: “Reduced due to pending retirement, the business is well established and well known in the local community having built up a loyal and regular customer base and enjoys a healthy net profit.

“The premises is well presented and the sale includes an extensive inventory of fixtures, fittings and appliances.

“The business has successfully continued to operate during lockdown and there is an opportunity for an enthusiastic owner to increase takings by way of longer opening hours, delivery service and outside catering.”
