A RESIDENTIAL property on a new housing estate in Llandudno is allegedly being advertised on Airbnb.
There is concern that a house on the Parc Bodafon estate, built by Anwyl Homes, is being promoted as having space for 12 guests by its owner.
Aberconwy MS Janet-Finch Saunders said she had been told of the rumour by residents, and labelled the news "disappointing".
Mrs Finch-Saunders said she would be corresponding with Anwyl Homes "first thing on Monday morning" to establish the truth of the matter.
A home which appears to be part of the estate is currently available to let on the website as a "beach side family rest and holiday".
The property is described as a "brand new fully detached four bedroom house".
Mrs Finch-Saunders posted on social media: "Very shocked to see one of the Anwyl new builds at Parc Bodafon allegedly advertising on Airbnb.
"Whilst residents had reported this to me last week, I always ensure that this was not just a rumour and even raised this with Anwyl at the public meeting in Penrhyn Bay recently to discuss the new 152 unit development proposed there.
"Very disappointed on behalf of those residents, who faced much disruption during the the building process and will certainly be contacting Anwyl Construction first thing on Monday morning."
Anwyl Homes was approached for comment.
