A GRADE II listed building in Conwy which is the home of a coffee shop has been sold after seeing its price reduced by almost half the original value.
Garden Bistro 22, at 22 Rose Hill Street, was placed on the market “as a going concern” in March this year.
Originally set an asking price of £51,000 with agents St David's Commercial, its price was reduced to £29,000, seemingly in an increased effort to sell the business.
It remains to be seen who has acquired the business, and whether the coffee shop will be left untouched.
Featuring a garden, its listing described the property as being very busy in the “summer, private, and well-managed”.
Based next door to The Erskine Arms and The White Bakery, the property is also opposite a bus stop and the town’s railway station.
Its outdoor area, measuring 490 square feet, can fit up to 44 and nine outdoor chairs and tables respectively.
