ARE you a performer who would like to take the lead in a production? Magic Light Productions are on the hunt for the perfect person to play Belle in their upcoming pantomime.
Beauty and the Beast will take to the stage at Theatr Colwyn in Colwyn Bay on December 20 2025 and will run until January 3 2026.
Magic Light Productions are looking for a female aged 18 plus to take on the lead role.
Interested persons must have base that is local to the venue.
Libby and Stuart Loughland, producers and owners of Magic Light Productions, said: “We know there is so much local talent out there, and we can’t wait to find the perfect person to play Belle in our upcoming pantomime at Theatr Colwyn.
"Our pantomimes always have a unique twist on the classic story, but at the heart of it, we are looking for a Belle who can truly charm the audience and captivate them with her singing voice.
"We are keen to hear from anyone aged 18 and over who is a confident singer.
"We’re not necessarily looking for someone with the most experience, but rather someone who can embody the role of Belle – a character with strength, wit, and a strong moral compass.
"At Magic Light Productions, we pride ourselves on creating a friendly, comfortable, and supportive atmosphere within our panto family.
"We’re really looking forward to welcoming a new performer to our team this Christmas and making this production something truly special.”
