Snooze Wine Bar and Restaurant on Church Walks is being sold through Fleurets with a £900,000 price tag for the freehold.
Under the current owners, who took on the business in 2014, Snooze Wine Bar - which has four en-suite letting rooms and owners’ accommodation - underwent a programme of refurbishment.
