A BOUTIQUE wine bar and restaurant in Llandudno has had its price slashed by £150,000 after spending several years on the market.

Snooze Wine Bar and Restaurant, on Church Walks, is understood to have been placed on the market in 2023 with a £900,000 freehold price tag. The business recorded a turnover of £501,351 in the year to March 31, 2023.

The business' price has now been slashed to £750,000, in an apparent effort to attract a buyer having been listed for almost three years.

Under the current owners, who took the business on in 2014, Snooze Wine Bar - which has four en-suite letting rooms and owners’ accommodation - underwent a programme of refurbishment.

Snooze provides 30 covers in its restaurant and a further 30 for private dining, as well as an outdoor terrace for "al fresco dining".

Its listing with Fleurets states: "A three storey end terraced property plus lower ground floor with rendered and painted elevations beneath a pitched roof."
