A HIGH school will be closed on Tuesday morning (June 16) due to a major water leak.
Ysgol Bryn Elian, in Old Colwyn, said it has no hot water and no electricity in its F and G block.
Pupils who have exams must still come into school, and an athletics trip to Treborth will also go ahead.
A statement from headteacher Lindsey Hastings said: "Unfortunately, due to a major water leak, the school has no hot water. We also have no electricity in the F and G block. As a result, we are having to close the school on Tuesday, June 16.
"Those who have exams must still come into school; they will go ahead. The athletics trip to Treborth will also go ahead. All learners who come onto site should go to the canteen to sign in.
"Work will be set on Satchel One/Teams.
"We will continue to update you during the day on June 16."
