A SHEEP was found with severe injuries consistent with a dog attack in Glan Conwy.
Officers from the North Wales Police Rural Crime Team are investigating after the Beulah Cross ewe was discovered on farmland on Thursday, June 25, suffering significant injuries to its neck and throat.
A statement from NWP Rural Crime Team said: "Officers from the Rural Crime Team are appealing for information following a suspected livestock worrying incident in the Penrhiw area of Glan Conwy."
It added: "At this time, neither the dog nor its owner have been identified, and inquiries are ongoing.
"We are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time, or who may have witnessed the incident, seen dogs off leads, or who has any information that could assist the investigation, to contact North Wales Police."
