Motorcyclist seriously injuried in A5 Ogwen Valley crash

A MOTORCYCLIST suffered serious injuries in a crash on the on the A5 Ogwen Valley, Conwy.

Emergency Services were called at 4.42pm on Tuesday, July 8, to reports of a crash involving a Red BMW Motorcycle and Blue Ford Transit Drop Side Van.

The road re-opened to motorists at 10.33pm.

Leigh McCann, Roads Crime Unit Sergeant at North Wales Police, said: ‘We are working to establish the full circumstances of this collision and would urge anyone who witnessed the incident or was travelling along the A5 near Ogwen Valley at the time to contact us.

"I am keen to hear from anyone with dash camera footage that may have captured either vehicle at the time of, or, prior to the collision."
