FOOTBALL MANAGER Harry Redknapp and his wife Sandra’s new mansion has been completed in Branksome Park.

The property which has been described as ‘fit for a king’ (of the jungle) was designed by Christchurch based architects Anders Roberts Cheer (ARC).

The huge property spans 6,870 square feet, in comparison the average house in the UK is 729 square feet.

On the ground floor the grand pillared entrance leads you into a sleek and stylish hallway where the curved specially-designed staircase is the main attraction.

From the hall you can enter the cloakroom, with an adjoining bathroom, formal sitting room, study or open-plan living space.

The expansive living space highlights the Redknapp’s love of socialising, with the kitchen at the heart of the home, opening out onto the casual lounge, breakfast area and dining space.

Finishing the ground floor is a large garage and utility room.

Upstairs are five bedrooms, one of which can be used as an additional office space - all of which have en-suite bathrooms.

The master suite has a his and hers dressing room as well as a large en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

Outside, the property has a sweeping driveway leading to the house off Western Avenue and sits on a flat plot mostly laid to lawn with some shrubbery ARC director Bradley Cheer said: “This is the second house we’ve designed for the Redknapp's, the first being a contemporary home on the water at Sandbanks and their new residence being a traditional Georgian design.

“We worked closely with Harry, Sandra and DG Developments throughout the project, and we feel the finished article speaks for itself in terms of design, quality, and materials throughout.”
