LLANDUDNO FC has confirmed a restructure to its managerial setup, with a new first team coach and director of football appointed.

Manager Jordan Hadaway will remain in his position after signing a two-year contract with the club a few weeks ago.

Last season's first team coach, Grant Montgomery, will now become assistant manager to Jordan.

Andy Nelson will leave his role as first team coach and become director of football, overseeing all football operations across the club.

He said: "I'm absolutely delighted to become director of football. I think it's something that I'm more suited to be at my age, and I've fully realised that it's a younger man's game now.

β€œI'd like to look at all other age groups as well as the first team, and come alongside the other coaches and players to try and keep a theme that helps prepare and develop them for their future"

Hadaway will also add a new face to the dugout for the 2024-25 season in Darren Moss, who will become first team coach.

Moss brings a wealth of experience from his playing career, having represented clubs such as Shrewsbury Town, Crewe Alexandra and Morecambe.

He added: "I'm delighted to join the club. I'm here to help Jordan first and foremost, but I want to bring my experience here to help the young players and push them as far as I can.

β€œIt's a great setup here at Llandudno and I can't wait to get going.”
