A STRETCH of the A55 has reopened near Penmaemawr after both lanes were closed due to a broken down vehicle.
Both lanes heading West were closed for about 15 minutes while debris was cleared by traffic officers just after the Penmaenbach Tunnel.
Meanwhile, further down the A55 motorists heading West are still experiencing heavy delays near the Llandullas roadworks of up to an hour and 14 minutes according to Traffic Wales.
Morotists heading in the opposite direction are also experiencing delays of up to 24 minutes.
