LLANDUDNO manager Iwan Williams stated his squad are “all in it together” as they look to turnaround their fortunes against Cefn Druids this weekend.

The JD Welsh Premier League side host the Europa League qualifiers in front of the S4C Sgorio cameras on Friday (7.45pm), and they come into the game in tenth spot following their 1-0 home reverse to Aberystwyth Town despite an improved effort from the group.

Williams, said: “It was a vast improvement in terms of performance but it doesn’t hide away from the fact we lost the game.

“The first half was very pleasing but you have to score when you’re on top in games at this level or you get punished, and that was exactly what happened.

“Everything seems to be going against us at the moment, but we have to be men and find a way to get through it.

“Every game is a must win in our current predicament. We as a squad feel that we only need one win to get out of this rut we’re in, and that has to come sooner rather than later.

“We went boxing last night to build morale and to get our frustrations out. One thing that I will say is that despite all the negativity surrounding us, we as a group are in it together.”

Huws Griffiths’ side will pose another significant danger to Tudno’s recent struggles, and with just three points separating them in the top-flight it represents a potential crossroads game for both teams in terms of their overall prospects for the remainder of the campaign.

"They are a good side and are underachieving, same as we are. They have threats all over so we have to be vigilant and on our game,” added Williams.

“The game will be broadcasted live on S4C’s Sgorio and it’s a vital opportunity for the lads to end this run of defeats and get up and running, before a difficult trip next weekend to Barry Town United.”
