LLANDUDNO Rugby Club have significantly boosted their WRU National League Division One North title hopes with the high-profile signing of Arthur Lennon.
The Goats have enjoyed a remarkable campaign so far and will be further bolstered by the addition of Lennon, who is widely regarded as one of the best players currently operating at his position throughout the region.
The fly-half is an assured presence with the boot and has the ability to win any game on his own, as was demonstrated by his exceptional contribution to Nant Conwy’s impressive title-winning success last term.
He joins a formidable Goats’ back-line that has been in rampant mood so far this term, with the all-conquering side sitting top of the standings having won each of their nine league outings.
They currently enjoy a slender two-point advantage at the summit ahead of Pwllheli, who also boast a 100 per cent record from eight games.
The in-form side look to build on their recent momentum this Saturday when they host Mold in their final game before the festive break before taking on Caernarfon, Bethesda, Denbigh and the defending champions during a busy start to the new year.
