LLANDUDNO Cricket Club’s latest community fundraiser raised more than £500.
The North Wales Cricket League Premier Division side held an Easter Egg hunt at The Oval which drew a huge response from young and old alike.
The money raised will go towards their plans to install a defibrillator at the Lions’ base, and in addition to the hunt a tombola and raffle also took place to further boost the total.
A club spokesman, said: “Local families from the Llandudno community supported the event and a good day was had by all.
“The club now have raised enough money to acquire the defibrillator including the cost of fitting.”
The next fundraising drive from the club will take place on Friday, May 17, and they will be raising money for local primary school Ysgol San Sior.
