TWO more key squad members have committed to Conwy Borough for the upcoming campaign.

The Tangerines announced that Dean Seager and Nathan Williams will be part of the club’s second season in Tier Two North, with the pair impressing considerably as Borough re-established themselves within the division following their treble-winning triumph under Gareth Thomas.

Seager has formed a prolific partnership with Corrig McGonigle after signing from Llandudno Junction in January 2018, where he secured double-figure digits for the Railwaymen at Huws Gray Alliance level prior to the move.

Club director Kurtis Chapman, said: “We are delighted to have Deano back on board.

“He is a local lad who works tirelessly for the team. He had a bit of bad luck with injuries at times last season but finished the campaign well and is looking forward to a good pre-season.”

Williams is a versatile defender that can play anywhere along the back-line, performing well at Huws Gray Alliance level in the face of some stern opponents.

Club director Darren Griffiths, added: “Nathan has a great attitude and the club were keen to retain him for the coming season. The FAW Championship North will be a tough league and reliable players like Nathan will be an asset.”

The duo become the latest to extend their time at Y Morfa, with skipper Iolo Hughes and forward Cory Williams also agreeing terms earlier this week.
