The Pioneer understands that new Tudno boss Matthew Jones has targeted Bangor City duo Alex Boss and Jacob Farleigh as possible targets to bolster their squad following their relegation from the JD Welsh Premier League.

His outstanding form also saw Boss secure a spot in the provisional Ynys Mon men’s football squad for this summer’s Inter Games tournament, where he is expected to play a huge part.

Farleigh was brought to the EuroGold Stadium by Craig Harrison, with the pair working together at champions The New Saints, where he signed professional forms.

He is comfortable playing on either flank and enjoyed a fantastic start to the campaign before coming on strong again late on.

Tudno are set to face stern competition to secure the services of either player, with other clubs from across the North Wales area showing significant interest.
