LLANDUDNO FC have announced a new shirt sponsorship deal for both their home and away kits.

The JD Cymru North side confirmed that AA Conservatories have agreed a two-year deal with the club , which is a major boost to a set-up that is looking to secure promotion back to the top flight at the first time of asking.

Neil Sheldon, owner of AA Conservatories, who is also a long-time supporter of the club, said: “Without local people buying our products our business doesn’t exist and without local sponsorship Llandudno FC doesn’t exist and that is unthinkable.

"It’s never easy in business as there are always financial pressures around every corner and after 15 years it would be easy to drop an expense such as this however, we are firm believers that we don’t see sponsorship as advertising like so many do.

"Llandudno FC is such a community hub. It not only provides amazing facilities to the first team, but it offers a life-line to so many people of all ages. Without it, so many teams in the town wouldn’t have a place to play.”

This will be the 15th season that the Mochdre based company will be sponsoring the club, and the deal continues from the one that saw them have their brand on tTudno’s away kit in the JD Cymru Premier last term.

Sam Williams, general manager at Llandudno FC, added: “We’re lucky to have someone like Neil on board with us here at the football club.

“We’ve not only benefited from his input around the table over the years, but we’ve been extremely fortunate with the labour and financial sponsorships Neil and AA Conservatories have contributed to our club in his time with us.

“Without people like Neil there simply wouldn’t be any grass root clubs around, and we can only look forward to hopefully many more years ahead.”
