AMLWCH Town were unable to make home advantage count as they fell to a 4-3 reverse to Llandudno Amateurs.

The newly promoted side took the lead on the quarter hour mark when Scott Court took advantage of some hesitant defending to find the net.

Town bounced back in impressive fashion and found themselves ahead thanks to a pair of goals either side of the break from Rhys Roberts and Ryan Rowlands, but Sandy Malone’s side refused to lie down and got back on level terms a minute after the hour mark when Court turned in his second of the afternoon.

Things got even better for the visitors shortly after the restart when Mark Cook’s strike gave them the lead for the second time, with Rowlands going almost straight up the other end for his brace with 75 on the clock.

With the game heading towards a stalemate, the Amateurs’ dug deep to claim the spoils thanks to a dramatic stoppage time winner from Aaron Rogers.

There was better fortune for Pwllheli, who saw Jamie Banks, Dafydd Jones (2) and Martin Smith find the target in their 4-0 victory at Aberffraw, and a solitary effort from Iwan Williams was enough for title chasing Gaerwen in their 1-0 success at Pentraeth.

Cory Sinnott hit a brace for Gwalchmai in their eye-catching 3-1 home win over Holyhead Town, and goals from Ifan Emry, Gruff John and Sion Parry (2) gave Y Felinheli a superb 4-3 triumph at Llannefydd.

A two goal salvo from Shane Jones was not enough for Barmouth and Dyffryn United to claim all three points at Mochdre Sports, with the game finishing in a 3-3 stalemate.
