COLWYN Bay have made another exciting addition to their squad in the form of Connor Heath.

The Seagulls’ secured the services of the talented forward on loan from Crewe Alexandra until the end of the season, and Heath will be available for selection during their JD Welsh Cup fourth round trip to Flint Town United this Friday pending international clearance.

The 19-year-old is a graduate scholar at the Sky Bet League Two outfit and signed his first professional contract last summer.

This was down to a series of exceptional displays during a two-year scholarship period, enjoying a prolific spell within the youth set up.

Heath also boasts senior football experience after a brief spell at Northern Premier League side Witton Albion earlier this season, where he made six unbeaten appearances and netted in a 3-1 victory over pacesetting South Shields.

The move will provide another attacking for manager Craig Hogg to call upon during a crucial few months ahead, with Julian Williams about to embark on a trip to Australia and Damian Ketley out for the season after undergoing knee surgery.

This is the latest in a series of signings by the Seagulls’ during a busy January transfer window, which has seen Callum Parry, Cai Owen, Beau Cornish and Sam Downey all pen deals with an ambitious squad.
