The property is now on the market with estate agent St David’s Commercial, for a price of £255,000.

The ground floor investment would not see the businesses taken over, which are operating on leases – Dinos’ lease runs out in 2035, while MODE’s runs out in 2026.
The ground floor on the Goddaeth Street side extends to around 1300 square feet, and includes a kitchen, disabled toilet, access to lower ground floor, and up to 700 square feet that can be used as storage.
The ground floor of the salon/George Street side extends to around 433 square feet.
Altogether, the building makes a rental income of £18,000 per year, with an additional passing rental income of £6,500.
