A POPULAR former bistro in Conwy is set to reopen as a café, as the new owners renovate and redecorate the site ahead of reopening.

Husband and wife Kenny and Katie Fullwood will open Nonno's Coffee at the former The Garden Bistro premises at 22a Rose Hill Street.

Aiming to open the café in late February, the site is currently undergoing an extensive renovation and redecoration.

Katie, from Old Colwyn, and Kenny, from Glasgow, are now just weeks away from opening the town's newest establishment.

"We are currently renovating and decorating the café so we will post updates as we go to let you all know how it’s getting on.

"We can’t wait to welcome you all through the doors."
