Bryn Derwen, at Abbey Road, was put up for sale with estate agent Sidney Phillips for a freehold price of £799,000 in February 2025.
Its owners of 10 years are looking to retire and "reluctantly" placed the establishment on the market.
In an apparent effort to attract a buyer, the hotel has now had its price reduced to £750,000, which remains a substantial investment for those interested.
The elegant building dates back to 1878 and was built by the Grose family, set over four storeys of brick construction with cream render.
