Search the Public Notice PortalA LICENCE application has been submitted in a bid to allow a range of events and community activities to take place within the grounds of the Bodlondeb Estate.
Bodlondeb Estate has applied to Conwy County Borough Council for a premises licence at Bodlondeb, Bangor Road, Conwy.
The application seeks permission for the outdoor area to host plays, films, live music, recorded music, and performances of dance, Monday to Sunday between 7am and 11pm.
They have also applied for a licence to supply alcohol on the premises, Monday to Sunday, 7am until 11pm.
Hours open to the public would also run Monday to Sunday, 7am until 11pm.
The premises licence is for the external area only.
A spokesperson for Bodlondeb Estate Limited said: "The licence application has been made to give Bodlondeb the flexibility to host a range of events and activities within its grounds that can be enjoyed by residents, visitors and the wider community.
"We are keen to create opportunities for people to enjoy this important local asset in new ways, while also supporting and promoting local businesses, producers and community organisations.
"The licence will provide a framework for a variety of future events and activities, allowing us to showcase the best of Conwy and North Wales and ensuring that we have the appropriate permissions in place as the site continues to develop.

"Any events will be appropriate to the venue, carefully managed and operated responsibly, with consideration given to local residents and the surrounding area.
"Our aim is to ensure Bodlondeb develops as a positive community asset, focused on bringing people together, supporting the local economy and benefiting the wider community."
The Bodlondeb offices and surrounding land, including the main car park, were leased to Quidos Investments Limited in May 2025 under a 250-year agreement. The company now operates the site privately.
The car park adjacent to the cricket pitch remains under the ownership of Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC).
